Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 September 2026 · Effective: 21 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play the mobile games published by Fun Shooting Games ("we", "us"), why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.
It applies to every game we publish on Google Play and the App Store, including Inkhold: Stickman Battle, Gun Strike, Special Ops, Zombie 3D Gun Trigger and Sniper 3D. If a particular game differs from what is described here, the difference is stated in that game's store listing.
The short version. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number. Our games are free and supported by advertising, so advertising and analytics SDKs from Google and Unity do collect device-level data — including a resettable advertising identifier. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent before any of that happens, and you can change your answer at any time from inside the game.
1. Who is responsible
Fun Shooting Games is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. You can reach us at devgame66@gmail.com for any privacy question or request.
2. What we collect, and why
2.1 Information you give us
None is required. You can install and play without registering, and we do not operate accounts, logins or profiles of our own. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to write and use it only to answer you.
2.2 Information stored on your device
Your game progress — levels completed, upgrades, in-game currency, settings and purchase entitlements — is saved locally on your device. We do not upload it to our own servers, and it is removed when you uninstall the game. We do not operate our own game servers or cloud saves.
2.3 Information collected automatically by third-party SDKs
To show ads, to understand how our games are used and to fix crashes, we embed software development kits (SDKs) from Google and Unity. These SDKs collect data directly from your device and send it to their own systems. Depending on the SDK and on your consent choices, this can include:
- a resettable advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS) and, for some services, an app-scoped identifier;
- device and technical information — device model, manufacturer, operating system version, language, country, screen characteristics, network connection type, and the app version;
- approximate location derived from your IP address (typically at country or city level). We do not request GPS or precise location permission;
- app activity and ad interaction — app opens, session length, which ads were requested, shown, clicked or watched to completion;
- crash and stability data — the state of the app when it crashes, including stack traces, device state and a randomly generated installation identifier.
3. Third-party services we use
We do not sell your data. We do share it with the providers below, each acting under its own privacy policy. Please read theirs as well — they describe processing we do not control.
| Service | What it does in our games | Its privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Serves the banner, interstitial, rewarded and app-open ads that fund the games, and measures ad performance. | How Google uses data in advertising |
| Unity Ads | An additional advertising network, used through AdMob mediation. It may fill an ad request when it bids highest. | Unity player privacy policy |
| Google User Messaging Platform | Presents the consent form described in section 4 and records your choice. | Google Privacy Policy |
| Firebase Analytics | Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics — how many players start a level, where they stop playing — so we can improve the games. | Firebase privacy and security |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Reports crashes and errors so we can fix them. Includes native (C/C++) crash reporting. | Firebase privacy and security |
| Google Play Games Services | Optional achievements and leaderboards. Used only if you choose to sign in with your Google Play Games profile. | Google Privacy Policy |
| Google Play Billing | Processes in-app purchases. Payment is handled entirely by Google — we never see or store your card details. We receive only a purchase receipt confirming that a given product was bought. | Google Privacy Policy |
4. Advertising and your consent
Our games are free because they show ads. Ads can be personalised (selected using data about your interests and prior activity) or non-personalised (selected using only contextual signals such as the app you are in and your approximate country).
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows you a consent form the first time it starts, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform. Nothing is collected for advertising purposes until you answer it. You may consent, or refuse and continue playing with non-personalised ads.
You can change your answer at any time from inside the game: open Settings and choose Privacy options. The same form is shown again and your new choice takes effect immediately.
Outside those regions, you can limit ad personalisation with your device's own control:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalisation on older versions).
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track.
Turning personalisation off does not remove ads; it makes them less relevant.
5. Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not use our games' advertising configuration to target children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to devgame66@gmail.com and we will delete what we hold and ask our providers to do the same.
6. How long data is kept
Game progress stays on your device until you delete the game or clear its data. Data held by the third-party services above is retained according to their own schedules — Firebase Crashlytics, for example, keeps crash reports for a limited period and then deletes them. We do not maintain a separate copy on our own infrastructure.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Residents of California and other US states with comparable laws have the right to know what is collected and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information.
Because we do not operate accounts, the fastest routes are usually:
- Withdraw advertising consent: in-game Settings → Privacy options.
- Reset your advertising identifier: your device's Google or Apple ad settings (see section 4), which breaks the link to past advertising activity.
- Erase local data: uninstall the game, or clear its data in your device settings.
- Anything else: email devgame66@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. Please tell us which game you played and the platform, so we can identify the right records.
If you are in the EEA or the UK and believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
8. Security
Data sent by the SDKs described above travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Because game progress is stored locally on your device rather than on our servers, protecting it also depends on your device's own security — a screen lock and up-to-date system software are the most effective measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
The providers listed in section 3 are global and may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. They carry out those transfers under their own safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses; their privacy policies describe the mechanisms they rely on.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our games change — for example when an SDK is added or removed. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will also be noted in the affected game's store listing. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised policy.
